This Privacy Policy describes how TTolbi (the “Store,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from ttolbi‑shop.com (the “Site”), when you purchase our products on the Amazon Marketplace, and when we use third‑party services (such as Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment) to process your order. It also explains the choices you have about how we use your information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

When you place an order through the Site or through our Amazon listing, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (such as credit card numbers), email address, phone number, and details of the products you are purchasing. This information is necessary to fulfill your order and manage your customer relationship.
- Account information. If you create an account with us, we collect your username, password, and contact details.
- Communications. If you contact us via email, live chat or other means, we collect the content of your communication and any contact details you choose to provide.
Information we collect automatically
- Device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. This information helps us improve and secure our services.
- Cookie data. We use cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behaviour, such as pages viewed, links clicked, and features used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. For more details, see the Cookies section below.
Information we receive from other sources
- Amazon Marketplace orders. When you purchase a TTolbi product on Amazon.com, Amazon shares certain order information with us – such as your name, shipping address, phone number and the products ordered – so that we can fulfil your order. We only receive the information necessary to process and deliver your purchase.
- Third‑party analytics. We use third‑party analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to help us understand how customers use the Site. These service providers collect information about your visits and activities on the Site. They may also collect other information about you over time and across different websites.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- To fulfill orders and provide customer service. We use your order information to process your payment, arrange for shipping, send you invoices and order confirmations, and communicate with you about your purchase.
- To comply with our legal obligations. We use your information to screen orders for potential risk or fraud and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- To improve and optimize our services. We use device and analytics information to understand how customers interact with our Site so that we can improve its performance and user experience.

Sales Channels and Third‑Party Fulfillment
We sell TTolbi products both on our Shopify store and on the Amazon Marketplace. We also use Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to ship some orders placed on our Site. When we use these channels:
- Orders placed through Amazon.com. Amazon is responsible for processing and collecting your payment information. When you purchase on Amazon, you agree to Amazon’s Privacy Notice and Terms of Service. Amazon shares order details (including your name, shipping address, phone number and products ordered) with us so we can fulfill your order. We do not control how Amazon collects or uses your personal information beyond what is necessary for us to fulfill your order.
- Orders fulfilled through Amazon MCF. When you purchase on our Site and we choose to fulfill your order through Amazon’s MCF service, we share your name, shipping address, phone number and order details with Amazon so they can pick, pack and ship your order. Amazon uses this information to fulfill your order in accordance with Amazon’s privacy practices. For more information, please review Amazon’s Privacy Notice and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information as described above. For example:
- Shopify. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify may process personal information on our behalf to provide services such as hosting, payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Amazon. We share the necessary personal information (name, shipping address, telephone number, order details) with Amazon to fulfill orders placed via Amazon Marketplace and to fulfill Shopify orders via Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment. Amazon handles this information under its own privacy policy.
- Payment processors. If you complete your purchase using a third‑party payment method (such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay), your payment information is processed by that third party. We only receive confirmation that payment was completed; we do not store your full payment card details.
- Shipping carriers and logistics providers. We share your name, shipping address and contact details with postal services, couriers and logistics partners so that they can deliver your order.
- Service providers and analytics partners. We may share device and browsing information with service providers that help us analyze website usage, send marketing messages, or perform other business functions. These providers act on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your information.
- Legal and compliance. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Behavioural Advertising
We may use your personal information to provide targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. This may include using cookies and tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your browser settings or using the opt‑out mechanisms provided by advertising platforms.
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we retain order records to comply with tax and accounting obligations and to facilitate returns or warranty claims. For Amazon Marketplace orders, Amazon’s retention policies apply to the information they process on our behalf.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information. You can do this by contacting us at the contact details below. If you are a European resident, you have the right to object to certain processing and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please contact us for more information.

We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and to collect information about how our site is used. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Site. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
