Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with TTolbi. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this Return Policy explains how to return or exchange products purchased from ttolbi‑shop.com or through our Amazon Marketplace listing.
Returns for Purchases Made on TTolbi‑Shop.com
We accept returns of most unused, unopened items purchased on ttolbi‑shop.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Condition. Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non‑returnable items. Gift cards, downloadable software, or items purchased as “final sale” are not eligible for return. If a product is marked “non‑returnable,” it cannot be returned unless defective.
How to initiate a return
- Contact our support team. Email us contact.ttolbi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Prepare your package. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number.
- Ship your return. Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection and refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and follow the return process above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returns for Purchases Made on Amazon.com
If you purchased a TTolbi product on Amazon.com, Amazon’s return policy and process apply. Amazon handles returns through an automated system designed for speed and consistency:
- Return window. Most items sold on Amazon can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility and time frames are determined by Amazon and may vary by product category.
- How to initiate a return. Sign in to your Amazon account, locate your order and select “Return or Replace Items.” Amazon will automatically provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not send Amazon orders directly to TTolbi; we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed through Amazon.
- Refunds. Amazon will process your refund once the item is received and approved by their returns center. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. TTolbi does not control the timing of Amazon refunds.
Returns for Orders Fulfilled via Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
For orders placed on our Site but shipped via Amazon’s MCF service, you must still contact TTolbi to initiate the return. We will coordinate with Amazon to generate a return label and process your refund. Please follow the Returns for Purchases Made on TTolbi‑Shop.com instructions and note in your request that the order was fulfilled through Amazon MCF.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense. For Amazon orders, you may also use Amazon’s return portal; Amazon’s automated process will handle your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds for orders purchased on ttolbi‑shop.com will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after we have confirmed its issuance, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ttolbi.com.
