- For Amazon purchases, please refer to your Amazon account or contact Amazon customer support for shipping-related inquiries.
Shipping via Amazon Fulfillment (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
In some cases, orders placed on ttolbi-shop.com may be fulfilled using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
When this applies:
- Your order will be packed and shipped by Amazon’s fulfillment centers.
- You will still receive tracking details via email.
- Delivery times and carrier selection may follow Amazon’s logistics standards.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
TTolbi is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders marked as delivered but not received due to carrier issues
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
